The IWG (International Women’s Group) has been operating in one form or another since 1982 and continues to be a social organization for English speaking women. The group’s activities are of interest to the expatriate spouse, who is not the working partner in their household, as well as like minded women residing in and around Warsaw.

The primary focus of the IWG organized activities is to assist our members with making their stay in Poland a fulfilling opportunity. Furthermore the IWG aims to

• Foster friendship among women of all nationalities in the Warsaw area
• Facilitate the adaptation of those new to the area
• Participate in Warsaw life through cultural activities
• Participate in Warsaw life through community service

As was a concern many years ago when the group first began, the IWG remains sensitive to the needs of the people whose city we share, the people of Warsaw. Charitable efforts throughout the city are researched and encouraged.

The International Women’s Group of Warsaw welcomes your questions and invites you to develop a network of friends that will help make your stay in Warsaw one of the fondest memories.  When we leave, the sights of Poland will be in our photos while our international friends remain in our hearts.
